Before he focused on residential representation, he built his practice on commercial investment deals, which is where he learned to price on analysis rather than on hope. In 2026 he has closed eleven transactions, from a Gold Coast studio to a bungalow in Jefferson Park to a two-bed off the Western stop, plus deals in Gurnee, Ingleside, Villa Park, River Grove and the Chain O'Lakes. One was his own listing. On the rest he was in the buyer's corner.
